Name, email address, phone number, and any other details you submit through contact forms, booking forms, or Meta Lead Ads / Instant Forms.

Business information you share when inquiring about or engaging our services.

Information from Meta Business Tools When you visit our Site or interact with our ads, we use Meta Pixel and the Conversions API (CAPI). These tools may collect or receive:

Page URLs and referrer information

Cookie identifiers such as fbp and fbc

If Advanced Matching is enabled, hashed versions of email addresses, phone numbers, names, or similar identifiers you provide on forms (hashed before transmission)

We do not intentionally collect sensitive personal information (such as health, financial account numbers, or information about children under 13) through our advertising tools.

4. How We Share Information

We share information in the following circumstances:

With Meta Platforms, Inc. (and Meta Platforms Ireland Limited for certain users) We share data collected via the Meta Pixel, Conversions API, Lead Ads, and Custom Audiences with Meta so they can provide advertising, measurement, and audience-building services. Meta may use this data in accordance with its own Privacy Policy (available at https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy). In many cases Meta acts as an independent controller of the data it receives for its own purposes.

Service providers We may share information with trusted third parties who help us operate our business (for example, website hosting or form processing tools), under contracts that require them to protect the information.

Legal and safety reasons We may disclose information if required by law, to respond to legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Amethods Consulting LLC, our users, or others.

We do not sell your personal information in the traditional sense. We do share data with Meta for advertising purposes as described above.

5. Cookies, Tracking Technologies, and Meta Pixel

The Meta Pixel is a tracking tool provided by Meta. It helps us:

6. Custom Audiences and Lookalike Audiences

We may upload lists of customer contact information (e.g., email addresses or phone numbers) to Meta to create Custom Audiences. Meta hashes this data and matches it against its user base. We use these audiences (and Lookalike Audiences based on them) to show relevant ads. You can limit this type of advertising through Meta’s Ad Preferences settings.

7. Lead Ads and Instant Forms

When you submit a Meta Lead Ad or Instant Form, the information you provide (typically name, email, phone number, and any other fields in the form) is collected by us and may also be processed by Meta. We use this information to follow up on your inquiry and deliver the offer or service described in the ad. This information is governed by this Privacy Policy.

8. International Data Transfers

We are based in the United States. Information collected from visitors in Australia or other countries may be transferred to, stored, and processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. We take reasonable steps to ensure appropriate safeguards are in place.
